I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff provided excellent service, helping me arrive at midnight. The location is convenient as it is close to Dal Lake. The room was affordable and equipped with adequate amenities such as TV and electric blanket. The staff was cooperative and accommodating, providing food availability on-site.

The staff was helpful during our stay, especially in providing us assistance during the check-in process which occurred late at night. the hotel had a great location that was near the popular Dal Lake. Lastly, we appreciated the availability of food that could be conveniently accessed.
